About my Thief Lv.37

My Thief (which I expect will stay my main class) is almost Lv.40. A milestone I guess. 
I might upgrade to Martial Artist or Samurai but that's something for the future. As a second class I play Hunter, and I'd like to use Cleric as a third class to give some support when needed.
These are my skills and stats as I have them now. I hope some of you could give me advice to what I should upgrade, level, or use, to become stronger. The armor I have will probably be changed to Lv.43 Orange, if I can afford it.

So... it turns out that most Thiefs build on CRIT-dmg and CRIT-rate. (Art of Assassination, Art of Insight, Opportunist)
I build on EVA and some ATCK. (Art of Deception, Dagger Fighter)
